Island hopping, Salty Rocks style: Hop on a boat and explore three iconic islands you absolutely don’t want to miss. Turquoise water, hidden coves, swimming stops and plenty of salty fun.

Eat your way through Greece: Cute restaurants and delicious food made with local ingredients. Greek salads, local cheeses, fresh seafood, olives and olive oil. Don't forget the Greek desserts or ouzo.

RESTORE.

Pool time, obviously: Free time to enjoy our stunning 5-star boutique hotel and pool. Iced coffee by the pool? Yes. Finally read that book you’ve had for six months? Yes. Find some shade and catch some Zs? Absolutely. Do nothing at all? Also yes. You’re on island time.

Massage anyone? Book yourself in for a massage during your free time. Consider it part of the itinerary.

Your retreat brought me joy after 2 years of sadness. I really appreciate all the effort you made to make it such a success. There were so many lovely surprises. Our charming hotel, right on the beach, a great vibe, lots of restaurants serving fantastic Brazilian food and excellent shops. Jenn thought of everything to ensure our retreat had the right balance of activities and relaxation. We surfed, hiked, swam, cycled and relaxed with yoga, throughout the week. We had time to read, shop and take in this area of Brazil. Jenn's Retreat was so well organised and relaxing. We managed to do and see so much more of this area of Brazil. I just loved it.

Brazil exceeded all of my expectations. I will definitely return.

This retreat doesn’t just offer one event or invite you to one place that will awe you, that there were layers to each day that just built on the previous layer, so walking through a rainforest, ending up at a beautiful beach, having your taste buds tingle at the food on offer at that beach, the feast to the eyes with the fruit laid out on the palm leaves, swimming in the sea. Every day had so many layers. I would recommend this retreat to so many people! I’d tell them that this part of Brazil and the retreat was more beautiful, more relaxed and had something for everyone who needs to take time out to appreciate nature and how much we need respite from our daily lives to be able to function.

There were layers to each day that just built on the previous layer.
